Flag Football

Join GBN Jr Spartan Flag Football for an action-packed eight-week season, including playoffs! Practices could start the week of August 19th, with games beginning on September 7th and wrapping up with playoffs on October 26th & 27th. We will host a pre-season Jamboree on September 6th. 

All games are on Sundays, starting as early as 900a and running hourly until as late as a 600p start time. Home games take place on Sundays at GBN High School, while away games are at various nearby fields. Games will be in the stadium whenever possible.

We offer divisions for boys (3rd-8th grade) and girls (3rd-8th grade). Our program relies on volunteer parent coaches and high school player referees, fostering a supportive community environment.

New to football? No problem! We welcome beginners and provide opportunities for skill development. Attendance is key, and communication for absences is appreciated. Practices and game times are communicated through the Crossbar app.

Interested in coaching? Contact Bob Anderson (boband54@gmail.com). Coaches must register via our website, attest to a code of conduct, pass a background check, get CPR certified, and be certified by USA Football. We pay for all certifications.

Team formation prioritizes age/grade level and aims to accommodate coach requests where we can. We do accept friend requests but they are used sparingly when we do not have enough players from a specific school to form a full team.
